The Standard Reserve (TSR) is a reserve protocol: a Central Bank contract reads net ETH flow into and out of an ETH/$STANDARD Uniswap v4 pool and adjusts a supply multiplier, routing fees to vaults and protocol-owned liquidity each epoch. It runs on Robinhood Chain (chain id 4663), an Arbitrum Orbit L2.
